Insurance is purchased for each product sent out and any accruing damages need to be addressed with the shipping provider with accurate and detailed proof of damage being accepted by shipping provider for return or exchange to be accepted by Lara Ann.

Due to monitor settings, lighting and time of day when photographing, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen is an exact color of the product. Lara Ann strives to make the colors as accurate to real life as possible
